Overview The most important benefit of using STUDENT-ATHLETES.com is the ability to share information on your athletic resume and connect with college coaches for recruiting purposes. The information you provide may also be shared with other select organizations to enable colleges and universities to contact you.
For example, you and your family may also receive information from universities and camps. STUDENT-ATHLETES.com does not share or sell your information to commercial marketers offering to sell you non-education and/or non-sports related products and services unless you choose to opt-in to these service by responding to an advertisement on the STUDENT-ATHLETES.com website.
1. Information We Collect From You

2) “Public information”, which consists of all other demographic information. Demographic information that falls into the category of “public information” may be posted publicly on the Site, so please do not enter any information in these fields that you do not wish to be shared publicly.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We use your email address and your other personal information to help us efficiently operate your athletic resume, to contact you in connection with your transactions and other activities on the Site (including, but not limited to, verification emails or important news that could affect your relationship with STUDENT-ATHLETES.com), and for college coaches to review for possibly contacting you.
We may attempt to send you offers that are of value to you, such as discounts on products. By posting a profile on the Site, you are opting in to receive the STUDENT-ATHLETES.com by Mail email.
To stop receiving STUDENT-ATHLETES.com by Mail, you must delete your account which you can do at any time by emailing Student-Athletes at email@example.com and type “Delete Account” in the subject line. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates to post on the site.
To operate the Site, including processing your transactions and supporting your activities on the Site, we may share your personal information with our staff, representatives and service providers so they can provide us with support services. All transactions are performed throughout PayPal™.

Please note that changing or deleting your information through the “Profile” section of the Site will only change or delete the data in our database for purposes of future activities on the Site and for managing future communications from STUDENT-ATHLETES.com.
8. Web Beacons

By registering as an student-athlete, you must in fact be a high school athlete.
By registering untruthfully as an athlete, you can and will be held liable for your actions and the consequences. This is considered unrightful access to information and STUDENT-ATHLETES.com reserves the right to pursue further action. Upon registration, profiles may take up to 3 business days to post to Student-Athletes.com.
You have not and will not use any of STUDENT-ATHLETES.com and Student-Athletes, L.L.C.’s material (logos, graphics, art works, text, articles, database, internet coding, etc) without written permission from Student-Athletes, L.L.C. STUDENT-ATHLETES.com and the translated documents provided by Student-Athletes, L.L.C. are for your personal and non-commercial use.
