Grilled Peanut Butter & Banana Sandwich
Made famous by the King of Pop himself, Elvis Presley, the Peanut Butter & Banana sandwich will supply you with healthy unsaturated fats, protein, fiber and complex carbs. Its combination of protein and fiber help you feel full, while the carbs give you sustained energy.
This is an excellent option to choose before or even after practice or workouts.

2 Slices of whole wheat bread
1 Banana, sliced
2 Tablespoons of creamy peanut butter.
Heat your skillet over medium heat, and cover it with cooking spray.
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on both sides of each slice of bread.
Place your banana slices on one of the peanut buttered slices, then press the other slice together.
Fry the sandwich until golden brown on each side. You would want to cook about 2 minutes per side.
