Start your day with a refreshing Orange Juice Smoothie. This smoothie is packed with protein and will give you a Vitamin C boost. Try this smoothie for breakfast.

Makes: 3-4 serving      Prep Time: 5Total Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 tbs sugar or sugar substitute 4 fresh oranges, peeled 1 1/2 cups milk (almond milk for recommended)
 3 tbs Egg Whites 1-2 cups ice cubes 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend and until it’s very smooth and thick.
