Mango – Carrot Smoothie
This is an excellent option to choose as a breakfast smoothie or snack that will keep you satisfied until lunchtime. This delicious smoothie would be a healthy option to start the day.
|1 cup of frozen mango chunks||2 medium carrots/peeled and grated|
|2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice||1 cup of ice|
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
