This is an excellent option to choose as a breakfast smoothie or snack that will keep you satisfied until lunchtime.  This delicious smoothie would be a healthy option to start the day.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of frozen mango chunks 2 medium carrots/peeled and grated
2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice 1 cup of ice

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
