INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup egg whites 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk 1 scoop whey protein
1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. maple syrup 3-4 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend and until it’s very smooth and thick.
