|1/3 cup egg whites||3/4 cup vanilla almond milk||1 scoop whey protein|
|1/4 tsp. cinnamon||1 tsp. maple syrup||3-4 ice cubes|
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend and until it’s very smooth and thick.
