Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Bites
With no added sugar, these muffins get their sweetness from the banana. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend the oats first into oat flour. After the oats are ground add the baking powder and salt to the oats in a bowl.
Add pureed banana, milk and vanilla to the oat mixture and mix until just combine.
Add in blueberries and optional protein powder and pour into mini muffin tin (like cupcakes).
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Let muffins cool in pan until they are cool enough to touch. Remove from pan and let cool. Enjoy!
