INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup of old fashioned oats 1 teaspoon of honey 2 scoop of whey protein powder 2 bananas
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 cup of cold water  1 cup whole milk (substitute almond milk) 6 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend and puree until it’s very smooth and thick.
