Banana Honey Oat Protein Smoothie

|1/4 cup of old fashioned oats||1 teaspoon of honey||2 scoop of whey protein powder||2 bananas|
|1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon||1/2 cup of cold water||1 cup whole milk (substitute almond milk)||6 ice cubes|
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend and puree until it’s very smooth and thick.
